Our business policy of integrating high standards of construction quality with dedicated service has not only earned us client confidence but also industry recognition. Since 2001 till now, we are an ISO 9001:2008 company with certification from UKAS.

Our Quality Assurance (QA) team is an integral part of the construction management. Our QA professionals are involved in every aspect of a project from specification review through construction and completion phases. This provides not only a superior service but also minimizes costly delays and expenses on a project.

Omis is committed to our customers and other interested parties to fully meet or exceed their expectations. We endeavor to have control over all our processes by maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 International Standard and other applicable specifications/standards through the involvement of our highly trained and motivated employees.

Omis continuously strives to improving the quality of our services by:

  • Understanding our clients’ requirements, both stated and implied, before action is taken.
  • Providing the services in a timely manner to avoid wastage of time and resources.
  • Aiming to identify and subsequently minimize customer’s complaints through corrective and preventive measures.
  • Providing an efficient and trouble-free service by updating/upgrading our technology and enhancing our personnel’s skills as required.
  • Providing a framework for the establishment and review of quality objectives.

This Quality Policy shall be understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization and shall be reviewed periodically for its continuing suitability and effectiveness.
